How to make a reservation
Customers are directed to the Go Reserve web page: https://reservations.gocity.com/
where they can use their order number and email address to enter the portal.
Available dates and times over the next 7 days will be displayed for them to book. They will receive an email confirming their reservation.
Customers will be sent an email 1.5 hours prior to their reservation to remind them of their booking, and advise them that the window to amend or cancel their booking will close in 1 hour.
Changing or cancelling a reservation
Reservations can be amended or cancelled up to 30 minutes prior to the time of reservation, however we encourage customers to make changes at least 24 hours in advance.
Amendments/cancellations must be made via the Go Reserve Portal.
Should a pass expire or be cancelled, any reservations for that pass will be automatically cancelled, and entry to GSH will be denied.
Instructions for entry
Upon arrival at Guinness Storehouse Dublin Pass customers should enter through the main entrance, and present their Dublin Pass QR code to be be scanned.
Customers should arrive no more than 15 mins early and no later than 30 mins after their time slot.
