How to make a reservation

Customers make their own reservation via https://reservations.gocity.com/en using their order number and email address to enter the portal.  They will receive a confirmation email for their reservation.  

Trade Partner order - customer should collect the passes from the email and this will take them through the trade journey where they associate the email to the order.

When to make a reservation

All Inclusive Pass - same day or next day (as long as it’s not the last day).

Explorer Pass and Single Sell - up to 7 days ahead.

Changing or cancelling a reservation

  • Amendments can be made up to 3 hours prior to arrival and rebooked for a different time or day.

  • Cancellations can be made up to 3 hours prior to arrival without penalty to their pass.

The reservation must be cancelled via the Reservation Portal.

Instructions for entry

Customers will go down the escalator to the right and present their Go City pass at the access control desk ahead of security.

  • Customers may also be asked to show their confirmation email.  

  • Customers should arrive no more than 15 mins early and no later than 30 mins after their time slot.
